Early
Bird
Posse
The Early Bird Posse is a small posse that will start early and shoot straight through the match with no scheduled breaks. It fulfills a twofold objective. Shooters that want to shoot the whole match and be done by lunch time may participate with the ability to "Shoot 'n Scoot". Pards who want to finish early and stay all day to better serve all shooters may do so. Early finishers to serve may be, but not limited to; match scoring, match directing, takedown coordinator, rejoining another posse to work posse chores, taking pictures and/or video for our web site, etc.
Early Bird Posse (EB) will be responsible for pre-match final setup such as loading table covers, water jugs, scenario books on stage, final prop placement, etc. When you see a pard "Shoot 'n Scoot", know that they will have done their fair share helping with the shoot.
EB registration is 8AM sharp, same cost as main match. By 8:10AM the EB is hard at work completing those last minute pre-shoot chores. By 8:50, the EB is on stage getting ready to shoot at 9AM. No registration for the EB will be accepted after 8:15AM without Match Director approval.
The EB will shoot the match exactly like the other posses except to shoot straight through the match with no scheduled breaks. They will shoot Stages 4, 5, and 6 then join Posse 1 on Stage 1 to finish the last three stages with that posse, completing all six stages before lunch.
